On the occasion of the 20th edition of the exhibit-market of Orticola (8-10 May 2015), the Bagatti Valsecchi Museum and the cooperativa sociale Opera in Fiore renew their virtuous collaboration, and participate in the parallel Fuori Orticola events.
On Saturday, May 9, Davide Oldani, a Milanese chef and Ambassador of Expo2015, will talk about the use of aromatic plants in the kitchen (free entrance). During the same event, the new “aromatic tote” will be revealed: a sturdy canvas bag sewn in the Borseggi workshop of the prisoners in the jail at Opera (Milan). The tote will contain an aromatic plant cultivated by differently-abled people in a city greenhouse managed by the social coop Opera in Fiore.
