The “Carta dei Servizi” is the document with which the museum presents and makes public its services, defining objectives and limitations regarding the city’s inhabitants. The principles expressed in it become a fundamental instrument to control and evaluate the museum, itself, and its services in order to guarantee the declared standards with regards to the needs and expectations of the users, whose satisfaction constitutes a primary objective for the museum.
