In the modern imagination, the Knights Templar are a phenomenon hovering between history and legend, wrapped in the dark centuries of the Middle Ages, and tied to the crusades in the Holy Land. In this never before offered itinerary to be enjoyed during various appointments, we will follow the tracks left by the Templars in Milan.
These tracks are partly hidden by the layers of time, but they are still visible to an attentive eye and are directly related to them. In this way, we will follow their fascinating ideology of faith, the origins of the order tied to the figure of St. Bernard of Clairvaux and the historical events that marked them.
Through the stages of our itinerary we will also reconstruct their presence in the urban fabric of Medieval Milan and in the end we will also discover how the Templars have survived up until today.
