Milan Design Week
Fuorisalone at the Bagatti Valsecchi Museum
Milan Design Week
During Milan Design Week 2026, from 20 to 26 April, the Bagatti Valsecchi Museum hosts two international designers whose works enter into a direct dialogue with the historic interiors of the house museum. For the occasion, the Museum will welcome visitors with two extra opening days.
On the terrace, Transformism by Harry Nuriev, brings together Crosby Studios and Clive Christian, transforming the Loggia into an interactive and life-size chessboard, where matter and perception intertwine into a unified experience, while a selection of fragrances is presented in the Studio.
In the Grand Salon, Tresse / Stemma by Haydn explores the continuity of craftsmanship through contemporary design. Developed in collaboration with artisans across Italy and France, the installation brings together braided metal, carved stone, and Murano glass, positioning material as both structure and expression within a dialogue between past and present.
